CEU DESCRIPTION:  What comes after Y?  Generation Z - Believe it or not these kids - Generation Z - will be entering the workforce at the end of this decade.  As today's kids grow up with unique Generation X parenting styles and with undreamed of technology gadgets, the way they will someday work will surely be different from today's workforce.

Who is Generation Z and what will they need to work effectively?  We share insights on the characteristics of Generation Z and its members' potential behavior as a workforce - and offer planning opportunities to address their needs.

4L. How many years have you served on the IIDA Indiana Board?  BR.  I am going into my third year. I have been Director of Records for two years and I am beginning my term as VP of Professional Development this summer.
 
4L. What are your main responsibilities on the board and how long is your term?
BR.  During my two year term I will be helping to coordinate CEUs and Social Events. Keep checking the 4 Loop to stay informed on upcoming opportunities. 
 
4L.  How long have you been with Pedcor ? BR.  I have worked for Pedcor for three years this July!

4L.  3 Words to Describe IIDA... BR. Community, Enthusiastic,  Innovative,
 
4L.  What does IIDA mean to you or what is the greatest part about IIDA? BR. IIDA has completely broadened my network. I can always find a familiar face at work events!
