We are celebrating Global Wellness day on Saturday June 9. The Cleveland event, which will celebrate community, well-being, family, good deeds, and more will take place at Olivet Instructional Baptist Church.

Wellness Walk on the Greenway
Help us celebrate the recent opening of the Nord Greenway with our First Annual Wellness Walk on
Thursday, June 7th at Noon.

We will meet at the Tinkham Veale University Center and walk to the Maltz Performing Arts Center.

Our friends at 121 Fitness will join us with the members of their walking club and City Dogs will be there with some adoptable pups. Refreshments and tours of the Maltz are also available.

Groups will leave every 5 minutes starting at Noon; the last group will leave the TVUC at 12:20.
S.M.A.R.T is Back this Summer
Learn how to effectively manage stress and improve your overall health and well-being with Stress Management and Resilience Training (S.M.A.R.T.), an 8-week interactive workshop series created by University Hospitals Connor Integrative Health Network.

Join the Healthy Lifestyle Boot Camp

During the 8-week Boot Camp you will be asked to examine your current state of well-being. Through educational discussions with your boot camp group, you'll begin to develop tools essential to create a personalized wellness plan.

Great Food Tips in Nutrition Action

A wide range of nutrition topics will be covered by our Ease@Work dietitian. Topics include Kitchen Makeover, Readiness and Conscious Eating, Eating Healthy on a Budget and More.

Try Workstation Workout
No time for the gym? No problem! Workstation Workout offers strength training that can be completed almost anywhere like your office, your kitchen or a local park.
Classes increase in intensity weekly but never exceed 45 minutes in length
