Welcome Our New CEO!

Former CFO Randall Crow has been appointed CEO and President of QualChoice. He takes over for Mike Stock, who retired June 30. Randall has over 30 years' experience in managed care and the hospital industry. We're happy to have him at the helm! Randall was profiled in Arkansas Business on July 9.

Arkansas Works Program Requirement
If you have part-time or full-time employees with health coverage through the Arkansas Works program, please help us make sure they're aware of the new work requirement. Form 5500 Due July 31

Plan sponsors of employee benefit plans must file Form 5500/5500-SF electronically each year to satisfy annual reporting requirements under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and the Internal Revenue Code. The due date is the last day of the seventh month after the plan year ends (July 31 for a calendar-year plan).
