  • Golf Carts are only allowed to be driven on the streets. They are
NOT allowed on any parks, playgrounds, fields or trails. This is a Fort Bend County rule!
  • Check the condition of your backyard play sets. Please repair or replace any torn canvas coverings.
  • You MUST be at least 16 years old to be in the fitness center.
  • You are responsible for the maintenance of your fence. Please repair fences as needed. Check for any loose boards, holes, missing boards or leaning sections. This goes for houses that back to FM 1463 as well. If replacing your fence, it may NOT exceed 6 feet tall.
  • Per Fort Bend County Animal Control Regulations, Section III. There is a Leash Law that states both dogs and cats must be on a leash at all times while out in the neighborhood.

  • You must submit an application for approval from the Modification Committee  prior to making any modifications to the exterior of your home or yard. If you have any questions about this please call the HOA Management Office at 281-693-0003.
  • You can report a street light outage or issue right from our website, Firethornecai.com. All you need is the six(6) digit number from the pole.
