The Ohio River Valley Water Sanitation Commission (ORSANCO) is announcing an extension to
the public comment period on the proposed change to its Pollution Controls Standards for
Discharges to the Ohio River - 2015 Revision
. On June 26, 2018, ORSANCO announced a 45 day public comment period and public hearing for a proposed change to its Pollution Controls Standards. During this public comment period, ORSANCO received a request to extend the deadline of the public comment period. ORSANCO will extend the deadline for public comment period by 10 days. The public comment period will now conclude on August 20, 2018. The extension will increase the 45 day comment period to a 55 day comment period.

The date of the public hearing will remain the same, as previously scheduled, on Thursday, July 26,
at the Holiday Inn Cincinnati Airport, 1717 Airport Exchange Blvd., Erlanger, KY. The hearing will be conducted from 6:00 pm (EDT) until completed. All interested parties are encouraged to attend.
