TAKE A CLASS AT 90 DEGREES YOGA! 
"This Sunday, June 3, join 90 Degrees Yoga Anderson for a gentle, relaxing yoga class, introducing the Yin and Restorative styles of Yoga, adding in the incredible therapeutic element of weighted blankets. This class is gentle on the physical body, and the combination of the yoga and the weighted blankets works as a nervous system "reset." This class will deeply relax the body and still the mind, and some of the benefits include reduced anxiety and depression; enhanced flexibility; a sense of calm and peacefulness of the mind; an immune system boost; and uplifting the mood. Workshop is from 1 - 3pm, $30 per person. Please arrive 15 minutes early for registration."

Father's Day Goat Yoga

This Father's Day, shower the dads you love and adore with the gift of Goat Yoga! Or give that wonderful dad a moment of peace and quiet while you enjoy an hour of hilariously fun Goat Yoga! It's a win ALL AROUND!
 
Sunday, June 17, at 3pm, join 90 Degrees Yoga - Anderson, SC at Split Creek Farm for a wonderful hour of relaxing yoga with adorable goats. 
 
Split Creek Farm is located in Anderson, SC, and is known for their award-winning goat cheeses and gorgeous goats, bred and birthed on-site.
 
Goat Yoga will begin at 3pm, cost is $30/person. You MUST register and pay ahead of time to reserve your spot. No exceptions! There are a limited number of spaces, so sign up early!
 
As a special takeaway for your goat yoga experience, photographers Paige and Lynn with Paige Ramsey Art & Photography will be photographing this event, so you can simply enjoy your time and not worry about having to take your own photos. You will be able to reminisce and share this memory with friends and family through Paige's incredible photography!
