Monthly Roundtable
Goldenrod District meets the 1st Tuesday of the month at 7pm at Fremont Area Medical Center, 450 East 23rd St., Fremont, NE for Roundtable. This event helps unit leaders stay "in the know" about current events, training and activities. Mingle with other leaders and swap tips and tricks for an easier, more fun Scouting program. FirstCamp for New Scouts
September 15, 2018
FirstCamp is a sampling of outdoor program that youth will get to know through their experiences in Cub Scouting. The activities at FirstCamp will be open-program. All activities, supplies, and lunch are provided.

Silver Beaver Award Nominations Due September 7th
It's that time of year to nominate our most deserving volunteers for the Silver Beaver Award. The Silver Beaver Award is highest award the local Council can bestow upon a volunteer. The awards will be presented at the Council Awards Dinner on January 12th.

Recruit More Families Into Scouting
Are there more children in your school that would like to be in Scouting? You can implement a 2nd Sign Up Night by coordinating with Daryl Milius .

Be sure to update your BeAScout Pin as well as whether you are adopting the full family model and accepting girls into your Pack or Troop (yes Troops…you can update your Pins to signify a start date after January 1!)
