Cynthia M. Gregg, MD
Dr. Gregg recently returned from her medical mission trip to Kenya with great photos and stories that she will be sharing via video soon.

On this trip, she and the Samaritan's Purse surgical team saw over 100 patients and performed 60 cleft surgeries. Many families traveled days to reach the hospital with their children who otherwise would not have access to this life-changing surgical procedure.

Jennifer Quigley, LMA
Congratulations to Jennifer Quigley! Our own Jennifer Quigley, Licensed Medical Aesthetician, was recently invited to attend an exclusive SkinCeuticals VIP Insiders Event in Dallas, TX. This is a huge honor for her as this small elite group of aestheticians was chosen from practices nationwide.
This is the second year she has been invited to attend, and she was thrilled to be there to learn about new products and technologies. “I am honored to be part of this select group of aestheticians who have this opportunity to learn and share our ideas about new products with our peers.”

Eyelids or Brows?
One of the most frequent reasons patients come to see Dr. Gregg is their complaint of having a tired, sad or angry appearance from heavy upper eyelids. They do not know the cause or what will remedy this problem; they just know that their appearance does not reflect how they feel.

Depending on the cause of this condition, Dr. Gregg may suggest different options to bring back a more pleasant and natural look. Blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) and endoscopic brow lift are the two most common procedures to address this particular issue. Dr. Gregg assesses the cause of the heavy eyelids and then can recommend the proper procedure to bring back a more youthful natural look. In our next website Ask the Surgeon column, Dr. Gregg will address this topic.
