Summer Academic Camps at Ursinus College 

Summer classes include Archeology Field School, Pyschology, Spanish, Theater and Gender studies and more!  They may be taken for credit by Ursinus Students, high school students and college students matriculating to other institutions as well as members of the community. They can also be taken without credit for a reduced rate.

Perkiomen Watershed Conservancy's Annual Sojourn! Join the adventure as we paddle a seven mile stretch of the Perkiomen Creek from Schwenksville to Oaks!  Explore the scenic beauty and hidden treasures of the Perkiomen. Do some boulder dodging. Battle the dams and rapids. Chat with old friends and make some new ones. Enjoy lunch at Cranberry Park, and learn a little about this gem winding through our own backyards. Renaissance Academy Charter School will be holding their 2018 Golf Outing on Friday, June 8th, 2018 at Landis Creek Golf Club, 765 N Lewis Rd, Royersford, PA.

The Perki-Bay Expedition is a 5-day, 50-mile, self-supported, paddling expedition where the Perkiomen Watershed Conservancy's youth conservation program members paddle from the Perkiomen Creek in Upper Montgomery County to Fort Mifflin on the Delaware River.

The goal of the expedition is to raise awareness for the coming Perkiomen Creek Water Trail and for the Conservancy's new Water Quality Monitoring Program. Proceeds from the trip support our youth programs and the Perkiomen Creek Water Trail.

What could be more "American" than an afternoon of old-fashioned vintage base ball at Governor Pennypacker's home in Schwenksville? Bring the whole family to enjoy a rousing game on our field, just as teams did 150 years ago! Bring a lawn chair or blanket to sit on, buy a cold drink from our vendor and stop by the mansion for a tour of this fascinating historic site in the coolness of an air conditioned two-story mansion! 

The Athletic Baseball Club of Philadelphia will take on the Brandywine Base Ball Club at 1pm on June 23rd.  The Athletic clubs use period uniforms and use the rules from 1860's. After the game kids can play "Town Ball" with team members. This is a free event with suggested donation of $2.00.
