Los Angeles, November 27, 2018 – ALADS has issued the following statement regarding the election for Los Angeles County Sheriff.
ALADS congratulates and welcomes Alex Villanueva as the next leader of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. We look forward to collaborating with the new Sheriff and his administration to move our department forward and strengthen relationships with the communities we serve.
We appreciate Sheriff McDonnell’s public service and wish him well in all his future endeavors. ALADS will offer our support in the transition of leadership.
