Quick recap : Home sales for the area remain stable with about 20 fewer sales than the previous month. All of the 9 towns saw a drop in sales from last month with the exception of Stamford and Westport where sales were up. Market times remain lowest in Norwalk and Stamford and highest in Greenwich, Westport and Wilton. Sales over $2.0 million accounted for about 8% of all transactions. Sales below $1.0 million remain at about 68% which is typical for this market.
