K-12 All School Mass - Thursday, September 12
Join us at 8:45 AM this Thursday for our first all-school Mass of the 2019-20 school year as we celebrate the Most Holy Name of Mary. View our 2019-2020  School Mass Schedule  for more information. Saint Agnes families and friends are always most welcome to join us for Mass at the Church of Saint Agnes.
University of Mary Fall Bus Trip - Sunday & Monday, October 13 & 14
Thanks to the generosity of Mrs. Mary Jo Feltl, the University of Mary is happy to announce our 5th annual fall bus trip to UMary's campus in Bismarck, ND! Our travel itinerary calls for a departure from Minneapolis on Sunday, October 13 at 7:30 AM, and we expect to depart Bismarck around 2:00 PM on Monday, October 14. 
A few details:
  •  The trip is free: transportation, meals, and hotel stay will all be covered.
  •  One parent is invited to attend with their child, if they wish.
  •  Given high interest in the trip, this opportunity is only available to juniors and seniors at this time.

Young Men's Vocation Pilgrimage to Italy - March 22-31, 2020
Young men in grades 10-12 are invited to join Father Moriarty for our 2020 Young Men's Vocation Pilgrimage to Italy! Spend spring break in Rome, Assisi, and Monte Cassino discerning God's calling to the priesthood, marriage, or single life. Learn more about the application process, itinerary, and cost . Friday, September 20!
All Saint Agnes families, alumni, and friends are invited to a free tailgate BBQ , beginning at 5:30 PM, bef ore Friday night's football game at  Hamline's Klas Field . We serve nearly 1000 hot dogs and cheese quesadillas, and volunteers are greatly needed to help with set-up, grilling, and tear down. Please consider lending a hand for a portion of the evening: You'll get to know other Aggie families and meet countless alumni and friends, including this year's Hall of Fame inductees, the 1994 Boys Basketball State Championship Team! 

We will also be hosting the Alumni Memorial Mass on Thursday and Athletic Hall of Fame on Saturday, plus various Homecoming games and matches throughout the week. Celebrate Aggie Homecoming with us and learn more at our website .

K-6 Lower School Parent Guides
Parents of K-6 students, we look forward to hearing your feedback on the new Parent Guides for each grade-level. Grades 1-9 Stanford 10 (SAT10) Results
Parents of students in grades 1-9: This week you will receive SAT10 testing results from May of 2019 (if your son or daughter was enrolled at Saint Agnes). You will also receive a cover letter that helps explain how to understand and interpret the results. Saint Agnes Food Pantry is Open
Saint Agnes hosts a weekly food pantry to help families who could use a little help with groceries. It is open Wednesdays from 1:30-3:30 PM and contains both perishable and non-perishable items. Occasionally, clothing, shoes, and household items are also available. Any Saint Agnes family who wishes to take advantage of this resource is encouraged to stop in on Wednesday or  contact John Ernster  to set up an appointment.
Flowers Needed for the Convent Chapel
Our beloved Dominican Sisters are once again inviting us to help them adorn their chapel's altar with flowers. Four bouquets and two bouquets of greens are needed each week. Please sign-up online if you would like to help. Questions may be directed to Nell Alt .school parent and parishioner. Thank you for your generosity and be assured of the Sisters' prayers in a special way.
Mary and Martha Study Group Begins Saturday, September 14
Women of Saint Agnes will gather again this year once a month to study the corporal and spiritual works of mercy in a Blessed is She study, Misericordia. Meetings take place on the second Saturdays of each month in Schuler Hall following the 8:00 AM Mass (approximately 9:00 AM). Please join us for coffee and homemade treats, sisterhood, and conversation to grow in our Catholic Faith. Cost for all sessions for the year is $20. The first meeting will be Saturday, September 14. New Members Welcome to Join Twin Cities Catholic Chorale - Tuesday, September 17
If you know how to read music and have some choral experience, please consider becoming a part of the Twin Cities Catholic Chorale . Rehearsals begin on Tuesday evening, September 17 at 7:30 PM in the choir loft. Please contact Dr. Jaros , Music Director, at 612-508-5099 for more information.
