FINAL FORMS UPDATE
Now that the school year has begun, we would like all parents to please log into their Final Forms accounts to verify and update any information shown. This will allow us to keep accurate contact methods. Please log in using the following link: https://sanduskycentralcatholic-oh.finalforms.com

Important information for Middle School and High School
Parents of students in grades 6-12 will need to read and accept the "1:1 Device Acceptable Use Policy" in Final Forms before the student will be issued their device for the school year. Please complete this online as soon as possible.

If you are having trouble accessing Final Forms, please email Mr. Riedy at  [email protected]  for assistance.

CAFETERIA SYSTEM UPGRADE
In the coming weeks, we will begin to implement an upgrade to our cafeteria system, allowing us to eliminate the use of cards. Students will no longer need to carry their paper cards through the lunch line and instead will begin tapping their fingers. Students will be identified at the register using bio-metrics from their finger.  No images of fingerprints are stored on the system, only a unique code generated by the fingerprint is used to confirm the student's identity.

The other aspects of our lunch program will remain the same and you can continue to deposit funds onto your child(ren)'s account by using  https://www.k12paymentcenter.com/. For anyone unfamiliar with K12 Payment Center, by registering on their website you can see what items are being purchased, check balances, and deposit funds. All you need to sign up is your student's ID number, which can be found on their report cards or current ID card.

PICTURE DAY
All school picture day is scheduled for Wednesday, September 5. Picture orders are optional, however, all students will be photographed. Please have your student dressed in their school uniform for pictures. Three-year-old preschool students will have their picture day on Thursday, October 25.

PARKING AT PICK UP AND DROP OFF
Just a reminder, if you park in the main entrance parking lot for pick up or drop off, please park in the spots against the building, not in the reserved, numbered spots closest to the street. Also, please do not leave your car unattended in the pick-up line. Thank you for your cooperation.

The Music Boosters work closely with Mr. Hadsell and Mrs. Nave to coordinate activities and performances for students in Choir and Band.   The Music Boosters need your help to make the 2018-19 school year a success! Look for more information to come home with your student about volunteer opportunities during the football season, as we currently need to fill about 15 positions for each home football game. All money earned during the football season directly supports students in Choir and Band, as well as the Spring Musical. Please "like" us on Facebook at SCCS Music Boosters, and contact Diane Raymond with any questions at [email protected].
