Complete 2017-18 LIFT and CCE Employee Appraisals by Aug. 10
The 2017-18 LIFT and Core Competencies Evaluation (CCE) performance year
ends Aug. 10. Complete year-end performance appraisals and submit for employee review in Infor HR by Aug. 10. Appraisals submitted after Aug. 10 will delay pay-for-performance increases for managers. Note: Do not copy and paste text into the appraisal. Type directly into the appraisal form in Infor HR.

New LIFT Process: Comment on LIFT Behaviors throughout the Performance Year
We heard your requests from the latest Customer Support Survey, and we are happy to announce that managers and employees can now comment on and track LIFT behaviors throughout the performance year! We've created a place for you to do this in the Manage Goals section of Manager Space in Infor HR. For each employee, open the goal titled "Comment on LIFT Behaviors Here" and use the comment function to comment on and track LIFT behaviors. The option to include comments supports a culture of ongoing feedback and will make the year-end process easier!

Reminder: Our DPS Day is Aug. 16
Save the date for this year's virtual Our DPS Day from 8:30-10 a.m. on Aug. 16, when all of Team DPS will come together for this annual live-streaming event. This year's theme is "Our Foundation, Our Future" and we will explore opportunities grounded in our Shared Core Values that are available to all team members to help us be the best version of ourselves.

To prepare for this event, make sure your team is available and has accepted the Our DPS Day calendar invite. Check in with your executive director or chief for details on what to expect and how to prepare your team. All DPS team members can expect to receive an updated calendar invite with event details prior to the event. Please note, the time has been extended to 10 a.m. This year, we are encouraging central office teams to join at a school to watch the event. Look for more information on available locations coming soon!
