A functionality change will go into effect on July 13, 2018 to the Secure Web Portal affecting the way attachment(s) can be submitted. This functionality change will no longer allow providers to attach medical records and/or itemized statements to the Provider Deliverable Manager for non-finalized claims (anything not in a paid or denied status). You can only attach files for finalized claims (paid or denied status). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
