Hyatt Ziva & Hyatt Zilara
Often when you are at one resort, you feel like you have been to them all. That is NOT the case with the Hyatt resorts. Each Hyatt property brings the local culture or landscape. I love how Hyatt makes you feel like you are immersed in the destination that you are staying. From Reggae music and a Jerk Shack in Jamaica, to a taqueria and tequila tasting in Mexico, there is always something local that you can find at Hyatt Ziva & Zilara resorts.
Hyatt Ziva Cancun

This is the only resort that has a micro-brewery right on property! Not only that but the brew master will meet with guests to tell them how he makes the beers and does beer tastings with them. These beers are then available in the bar/restaurant for you to enjoy throughout your stay.

If that isn't enough, there is a dolphin habitat with 4 resident dolphins right on property. Normally it’s a 30 minute drive and a day long trip to swim with dolphins, but this resort offers that option for guests right outside their door. You can even get a room where you can sip your morning coffee on the balcony as our dolphins swim by.

NOTE: Guests who stay in the Adults Only Turquoize Tower at this resort have full access to the restaurants and facilities at the Hyatt Zilara Cancun.
Hyatt Zilara Cancun

If you stay at this property, you are bound to return. Service levels at this resort are top notch. They have staff at this resort who have worked there for 20+ years. If you return, they will most likely remember you.

This resort is located on the best beach in Cancun and offers either ocean view or lagoon view depending on whether you like a sunset or a sunrise.

Unique to this resort is the butler closets, which allow our staff to deliver your room service without stepping foot into your room. They will drop off the food in a butler closet that has a two-way door allowing you to get your food without seeing the staff.
Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall
The Jerk Shack at this hotel rivals the Jerk Shacks throughout Jamaica. Order your jerk chicken or jerk goat and eat at one of the many picnic tables located right on the beach. Because, let’s face it, food tastes better when you are not wearing shoes.

Weddings at this resort are a must! The property still has the original Grand Staircase that leads down to the pool area. Every wedding party has to take their picture on these stairs. After, they head to the perfect area for a post wedding cocktail venue that overlooks the ocean.
Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall

A great couples getaway. Most rooms offer a King bed options and all rooms face towards the ocean.

Guests staying at this resort have full access to the Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall located next door. That give adults more dinning and bar options.

Try the frozen frappuccino at the coffee shop. It is a magical treat that tastes like chocolate, ice cream, coffee and dreams.
Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos

Located close to 5 world-class golf courses in the most desirable location in Los Cabos.

Between mid-December and mid-April is whale season in Cabo. Yearly humpback whales migrate directly in front of the resort allowing guests to get spectacular views of families of whales.

Cabo is not known for swimmable beaches, so this resort makes up for that with pools! Need to find a place to cool off? This property has more pools than any other in the destination.
Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta

While all of the Hyatt Ziva properties are all age friendly, this property is the most romantic. Due to the sunsets in Vallarta ( which are the most spectacular in the world) and the location of the resort, it creates a very intimate and romantic setting. The property is located between two giant hills that jet into the ocean and on the best beach in Puerto Vallarta. No beach in Mexico is private, but this one is close. The only way an outside vendor is able to get onto the beach is if they are a really good climber or really good swimmer.

Puerto Vallarta is where the humpback whales go to mate, so you will typically see whales between December and April every year. It’s incredible having lunch on the beach while watching whales swim by.
Hyatt Ziva & Zilara Cap Cana

Opening on November 1, 2019.

If you are looking for a beach vacation, this is the beach hotel. Located on a stretch of white sand that is 50 yards wide and stretches the length of both resorts. The beach and water here is so spectacular that the architect made sure that the rooms, restaurants and facilities are all facing the water.

Adults staying at either property will have access to the restaurants and bars at both property. The restaurants and bars are split evenly with 6 family friendly options and 6 adults only options. That give adults 12 dining options and 12 bar options.
