HONEY SWEET FROM HEAT

It takes sunny summer weather to properly ripen a sweet melon - and we've got that in spades here in Hays County. Our farmers wait until their melons are perfectly ripe before picking them - because they don't have to worry about shipping them across the nation or the world. Melons at our market travel no more than an hour or two to get to you. Come taste the difference!
BEAUTIFUL DAY AHEAD

Following welcome summer rains, comes a mid-summer day to remember - moderate temperatures, the perfect mix of sun and clouds, with a pleasant breeze from the south. Make it one you'll remember with your family and friends at your local Farmers Market. There's live music, delicious snacks, take-home dinners, and one-of-a-kind crafted creations. It's the most enjoyable spot in town!

MUSICIAN THIS WEEK
ALEX DORMONT

Just back from New Mexico and West Texas, Alex Dormont entertains our market with the wide open sky tunes the folks out west come out each summer to enjoy. Can you sing all the word to Deep in the Heart of Texas? Come let Alex refresh your memory....

Our musicians donate their time and talent to entertain us at market. You can thank them for their contribution by purchasing bottled water ($1 cost goes to support them) or by contributing directly to their tip jar.
