Bobcat, do you love mystery and action? Then, From the Mixed-Up Files of Mrs. Basil E. Frankweiler is the play for you! So come out November 8th at 4:30 PM in Pealer Recital Hall. Alpha Phi Omega , College Panhellenic Council , and CAPS are teaming up to bring awareness to illnesses that may affect you or your friends and provide ways to help those in need at their Mental Illness Awareness forum on November 8th in Compton 224 at 6 PM. This week you get to choose the democracy wall topic make sure to use the hashtag #FSUDemocracyWall to share your thoughts and pictures!

 Each year, during homecoming week, Frostburg State University recognizes student and staff excellence at its annual Career Expo Luncheon. This year’s luncheon was held on Friday, October 20th, 2017 in the Atkinson Room of the Lane University Center. The event honored mentors and interns from different University departments. Among the interns honored, Rashaan Rhoden was nominated for the Outstanding Intern Award by Dr. Natalia Buta and presented with it by Jeffrey Graham, Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs.  more>

CES at FSU to Present an ArtsPower Production of “From the Mixed-Up Files of Mrs. Basil E. Frankweiler”

CES at Frostburg State University will present the renowned New York City-based theatre company ArtsPower in “From the Mixed-Up Files of Mrs. Basil E. Frankweiler” on Wednesday, Nov. 8, at 4:30 p.m. in the Pealer Recital Hall of FSU’s Woodward D. Pealer Performing Arts Center.
Tickets are $5 for students, $12 for adults, $8 for children and $10.80 for military persons.

Based on the beloved Newbery Medal-winning children’s book by E.L. Konigsburg, this enchanting musical follows Claudia Kincaid and her brother Jamie up the stone steps of the Metropolitan Museum of Art and right into the middle of an adventure surrounding a mysterious statue that may or may not be the work of Italian Renaissance artist Michelangelo. More
