Paula is the owner of THYCA llc , a company designed to empower clients/students to discover what is holding them back (what may be hidden) and then assist in creating action steps to move forward. She is always meeting the client/student where they are on their path.
She does this through a variety of services: One-on-One Coaching in self-discovery sessions, group empowerment seminars, self-defense seminars, and she also runs a martial arts program at the local recreation center. "Safety", according to the Maslow's Hierarchy of needs, is a basic need just above food, water, warmth, and rest. "Everyone has the right to feel safe and the responsibility to treat others safely"!
Paula has over 30 years of martial arts teaching experience. She coached her two children through their education (homeschool mom) and is certified and continues to educate herself through HCI (Health Coach Institute).
Beginning in July, she will be taking on the role of President for the Johnstown/Milliken Rotary Club. Her hobbies include biking, paddle boarding, snow shoeing, hiking, reading, trying out new breweries with her husband, Steve, and going out for coffee with friends.
Paula is an active member of the
Johnstown Milliken News and the MasterMind group.

Little House Chinese Restaurant

Meets once a month on the first Wednesday of each month at the same time and location. This is FREE to first time guests and members of Northern Colorado Community.
