Community Letter
In case you missed it, click to view the most recent communication from John Packard. Please note the deadline of Dec. 22 to indicate your preference of boarding or virtual for the winter session.
Report Cards
The Semester 1 Report Card will be available to access in OnBrooks no later than Dec. 19 at 12 p.m. Have questions or need assistance with OnBrooks? Contact Registrar Lisa Saunders.
Vaccination Requirements
A reminder that, per the state of Mass., the flu vaccine will be required for all students, whether they are virtual or boarding. The only exception would be international students who are attending school virtually. The deadline to meet this guideline is Dec. 31, 2020. If you received the flu vaccine from an outside provider, please upload documentation of it to Magnus. If your child received it at Brooks School, you can log into their Magnus account and view documentation of it. Please reach out to health@brooksschool.org with any questions.

A reminder that any student 16 years or older is required to receive a second dose of the quadrivalent Meningococcal vaccine (the first dose is administered between 11 and 12 years of age). This vaccine is required for school attendance. This is a new requirement for the 2020-2021 school year. Please upload documentation of this vaccine to your child's Magnus portal.
Watch the Virtual Holiday Chapel!
Student readings and musical performances shone in our first-ever virtual holiday chapel, shared yesterday. Click to watch the holiday service, featuring Christmas carols on the Chapel organ, and view/download the program, including a list of participants. We hope you enjoy it!
Follett Bookstore for New Courses
If your child is picking up a new course next semester, be sure to check out Follett for book purchases. If there is no book listed in Follett, students can wait for purchase instructions from their teacher, in the case it applies.
Holiday Shopping
There are two more days to shop: tomorrow, Dec. 18 (9 a.m. - 4 p.m.) and Dec. 19 (9 a.m. - 12 p.m.).

Although students are no longer here, we still need to uphold strict rules and regulations around safety and protocol compliance. If you visit campus to shop, please observe the following:

  • Complete the attestation form shortly before arriving on campus and check in with the guard at the gate.
  • Do not come to campus if you are experiencing COVID-like symptoms or have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19.
  • A mask is required at all times.
  • Please keep your visit to a maximum of 15 minutes.
  • Park in the lot behind the Wilder Dining Hall and enter through the lower level of Wilder. Do not enter any other buildings or other parts of campus.
  • Please observe the bookstore rules as they are indicated via signage (maximum capacity in the store, social distancing, etc).
