The new Student Governing Association leaders on the Kansas State University Polytechnic Campus have been sworn in for the 2018-2019 school year and plan to use their position to advocate for the needs of their peers.
Graduating seniors Logan Renz and Jason Ford are hoping the final project of their college career is well over par.

Scholarship opportunities
Study Abroad
If you are interested in studying abroad in the Summer 2018 semester, the $5,000 Gilman scholarship is now open. Applicants must be a U.S. citizen who is pell grant eligible and who will do a study abroad program that is longer than 3 weeks. Summer School Students
Thinking of attending KSU this summer? Once you have enrolled in all of your summer classes, fill out the Summer Financial Aid Application and get it submitted. We will determine if you have any financial aid (or scholarships) available to you this summer.
All Students
The Leaders Save Lives blood drive runs from June 1 to August 31 . This program is designed specifically for students ages 16-24 years old and allows them to host a blood drive and earn money and possibly win one of six $1,000 scholarships. If students want to work as a team there are limitations but options as well. Please contact Dené Sheridan in the Fiscal Services office if you are interested.
The Paul A. Whelan Aviation scholarship is a $2,000 scholarship open to any aviation major. Must be a sophomore or higher with a minimum GPA of 2.5. DEADLINE: May 15

The First Generation Spotlight celebrates individuals on the Polytechnic Campus who were the first in their family to achieve the accomplishment of a bachelor's degree.
