Greetings!
Thank you for continuing to turn to nature as a refuge, and perhaps as a way to come “home”. Now, more than ever, we need to share our stories and turn toward one another and nature. Please share with us what makes you smile and how you are enjoying your park -

Campers!
Happy campers are glowing after a week in the wilds of Point Reyes during our Point Reyes Summer Camp. Here is Natalie (quite the artist!) who went home saying one of her favorite activities at camp was when they went "creeking", they built boats out of natural materials for boat races. Other favorite activities were "sleeping under the stars" and "meeting new friends". There are a few spots still available for our final week of camp. Register

Volunteers!
Last week, PRNSA and NPS celebrated our dedicated group of volunteers at our annual Volunteer Appreciation Picnic. We were honored to present the 2019 Volunteer of the Year Award to Katie Ballinger! We also presented Amy Brayton of
Green Hauling with a "Hero of the Year Award" for stepping up to collect overflowing trash during this year's shutdown. The park has over 2.5 million visitors each year and we rely on volunteers to enrich visitor experiences, to help restore critical habitats, and to maintain and repair trails. Please consider volunteering for our upcoming
Dinner on the Pacific Plate or other opportunities within the park to be part of the impact. Click
