Mark That Card!

Mark That Card! is returning this year at the fair! 4-H'ers and fair goers alike will be given the opportunity to judge four different species - beef, goat, sheep, and swine - throughout the course of the fair. This event is open to all 4-Her's, not just to those on the Livestock Judging Team. The judging is broken up into four divisions, 4-H Beginner (grades 3-5), 4-H Intermediate (grades 6-8), 4-H Senior (grades 9+), and Open Class. The top judge in each division will be given a prize at the Parade of Champions! However, in order for 4-Her's to be eligible for the overall prize, they have to judge each of the four species.

The official placing of each of the four classes will be determined by the species judge during the show. Judging will begin Wednesday, July 25th after weigh-in.
Make sure to include who, what, where, when and why.
Keep your message brief and to the point. If readers need to know more than you can fit here, they can go to the county website to find it.

Absentee Judging

It is preferred that projects are conference judged at their designated judging times and days. However, 4-H does have an absentee judging process that applies for events such as a death in the family, a once in a lifetime educational opportunity, optional event with no flexibility (e.g. wedding of immediate family).

If this applies to you, please fill out the Google Form by July 18
.
