Congregational Care for Addiction
|
|
Addiction and recovery touch many individuals throughout our region and around the world, and there are many outstanding organizations and programs available for those struggling with addiction. Often, however, churches and congregations may not be aware of those resources or what they can do to support those battling addiction and seeking recovery. The Winchester Region of the diocese invites you to "Congregational Care for Addiction." This program will include presentations on addiction and recovery support and enable parishes to consider how they might equip themselves to help people suffering from addiction as well as their friends and loved ones.
