Volume 9, Issue #15 - April 11, 2019
In the name of Christ, we embrace all people to be nourished and empowered by the Holy Spirit to love and serve the world.

|
From Palm Sunday throughout Holy Week, there is a service at Ascension every day, as traditionally associated with the last days of Christ. Come worship with us as we re-enact events, walk with Jesus, and explore once again the heart of our Christian faith.

This Sunday, April 14, is
Palm Sunday - the Sunday of the Passion
.
It begins on a triumphant note as we bless palms and remember the cheering crowds who welcomed Jesus into Jerusalem. But quickly we are reminded, in the reading of the Passion Gospel, that this same crowd turned against Jesus by the week’s end.
