Ryan Barron '13 graduated from Salisbury with a B.S. in chemistry. Throughout his years as a student at Salisbury, he worked in the food industry in various positions. His experiences and education at Salisbury led him into an interesting career in the food industry as an executive chef of production for Freshly, Inc.
  
SU Inaugurates Wight as Ninth President

It was a beautiful day for a celebration! Dr. Charles A. Wight was inaugurated as Salisbury University’s ninth president on April 10, 2019, during a festive ceremony that included state officials, student and faculty performers, and SU shared governance representatives.

Sea Gulls, You Did It!

In one 24-hour period, 2,068 supporters gave $146,162.10. With the generous matching gift provided by Wayne '89 and Melissa '89 Judkins, Sea Gulls raised over $200,000! 

Look for updates throughout the year on deserving causes funded by gifts on Giving Day. Every gift – when combined with others – does make a difference.

SU Earns $1.2 Million NSF Grant
for Noyce Teacher Scholarships

The National Science Foundation (NSF) has awarded nearly $1.2 million to Salisbury University to offer scholarships to help produce more middle and high school teachers in science and mathematics.
