In Memoriam: Former Oak Bay Mayor Nils Jensen

Former Oak Bay Mayor Nils Jensen has died as a result of cancer. Mr. Jensen was elected to Oak Bay Council over 15 years, including two terms as Mayor. He also served as Chair of the Capital Regional District, chaired its regional water supply commission and was a member of UBCM's Executive. He was 69. Read more
