Come to TBC's Pride Shabbat, June 29, at 7:30!

The Jewish tradition teaches us that we should offer a blessing of gratitude every time we see a rainbow. In this spirit, on Friday, June 29th, we will come together for our annual Pride Shabbat where we will celebrate the beautiful rainbow of human experience and honor the movement for LGBTQ equality.
Join the Families Belong Together Protest
This Saturday, June 30,10:30 am

TBC members will be joining the Families Belong Together protest in Fairfield at 11:00 am on  Saturday, June 30th to show the leadership of our country that we demand that immigrant families are treated justly, that those seeking asylum are not punished for attempting to escape danger and violence, that parents and children are never torn apart by hateful policies, and that our government cease perpetrating cruelty in our names. (Details about the event can be found here).  We will meet in front of the Sherman Green Parking Lot (next to our destination - 1451 Post Road, Fairfield CT) at 10:30 am. If you would like to make or bring signs expressing Jewish values, you can find examples and resources at Truah and Bend the ArcRead Rabbi Bearman's message about this protest.

Year End Appeal From Cindy Baulsir, President

Dear Fellow Congregants:

There is so much that our community has to be grateful for! This past year has been
filled with challenges. In spite of those challenges, we have a clear path for moving forward
with a new Student Cantor, a new Director of Lifelong Learning and continued support from
our Rabbi!

We had set an aggressive goal for our fundraising efforts this year! Many of you have already generously  donated! If you have not yet given, please consider  making a tax deductible donation to help support our TBC community. We are asking  every family to contribute $118 to ensure that we meet our goal!  Your support will make a real,  lasting impact on the future welfare of the community!

Please make your donation now by writing a check or go directly to our website,
Thank you for your continued support and friendship.
