SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: BE PART OF "THE NET"
This year, the Sterling Heights Regional Chamber of Commerce will embark on new territory with our very own magazine for members - the net. We are very excited to announce this publication and how you can be a part of it. We thought about creating a Chamber Directory and knew that it would probably sit on a shelf and not be read, so to encourage you to learn more about fellow members, member services and member events, we decided to create our very own magazine. With the help of Macomb Now Magazine, we anticipate a 24-page glossy magazine, with our own look and feel, telling the stories only we can tell about chamber members and the people behind the businesses the Sterling Heights Regional Chamber of Commerce interacts with every day.

Any advertising questions you have can be answered by Macomb Now's Ad Sales Representative Diane Bowles at (586.622.6621 x8) or the Chamber's Business Development Director Gina Rieck (586.731.5400 x15).

M-59 RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT UPDATE FROM MDOT:

Last week, MDOT continued placing sand and stone on both bounds of M-59. This means that they are getting closer to placing permanent pavement. In addition to the road work, their electrical contractor has begun hanging arms on the decorative poles for the new traffic signals. Their landscaping contractor has been moving quickly to get the numerous trees planted in the median. After the trees are planted, and the irrigation system is installed, MDOT will follow through with replanting any disturbed areas with new grass seed.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact MDOT.
