Wishing you all a wonderful Canada Day and long weekend! The studio will be opened by appointment and group classes will be cancelled on Monday July 2nd. Please view schedule for updates on Group Classes.
Also please remember to be safe, stay hydrated and also keep your animals cool, as we are expecting a heat wave and record breaking warm temperatures. Its so important to wear appropriate attire when staying active, take breaks to gradually get use to the heat, drink before you are thirsty, and shield yourself from the sun! We will do our best to keep our spaces cooled and comfortbale during the summer months.

Keep cool when exercises in the Heat!
Mother nature heard our complaints about the cold weather and rewarding us with the hot summer most of us all dreamed for. Remember to exercise smart and safe over the warmer summer months by staying hydrated and don't forget to keep your animals cool and hydrated as well!
