Celebrate National Bike Month (May 2018) and enjoy the wonders of Michigan's parklands and bike trails with our HeartMIBike Virtual Ride, the perfect way to celebrate springtime in the Wolverine State! Anyone of any age and any ability can participate: you only need a two- or three-wheel bike and an outdoor location!

We are great believers in setting personal goals. The act of writing your goals down and putting them where you can see them (on the fridge, by your laptop, on your bathroom mirror) can make the difference between success and failure. A little added extra incentive never hurts, either!

What is Mat Pilates?
Pilates borrows movements from yoga, dance, and calisthenics and is focused on stretching and strengthening the body, especially the core. Standard pilates uses equipment for the moves, but mat pilates requires no equipment besides a cushioning mat to get a great workout.

What is Beginning Tai Chi?
Whether you are completely new to Tai Chi, or need to practice the fundamentals, learn about this "moving meditation" to help activate and stretch your muscles in a slow, gentle manner. No special clothing or equipment are required.

We're seeing fuller classes, and our membership is growing, which is fantastic! However, that means we have to ask for clients to sign-up online. We only have so much available space, and if you've been in an over-full class, you understand. 
  • Sign-ups are limited to one week in advance of class date.
  • Please cancel your reservation if you cannot attend. No-shows will incur charges.
