Brentwood Union School Fee To Drop
The school impact fee in the Brentwood Union School District will drop $0.20 per sq. ft., or 6.6 percent, based on the district's updated School Facilities Needs Analysis or SFNA. The district currently charges a Level II fee of $3.21 per sq. ft. Full Story

San Benito County RPC Committee
BIA Bay Area South Bay is launching a San Benito County RPC Committee with the first meeting to be held on Wednesday, June 20, 2018. Meetings will be held during the lunch hour at San Juan Oaks Golf Club, 3825 Union Road, Hollister, CA 95023. The San Benito/Hollister region has seen a surge of interest in residential homebuilding by our BIA members. While there is strong interest and opportunity for homebuilding within the San Benito region, issues requiring builder engagement include the Hollister General Plan Update, November 2018 Transportation Ballot Measure (Highway 25), local government agency "building cap" discussions, etc. BIA Bay Area Member builders are encouraged to attend. Ruby's Place Playground Dedication!
Last week, we celebrated the completion of Ruby's Place playground and new soccer field with HomeAid partners vanderToolen Associates, BrightView, HEDCO, Ghilotti, Miracle Play Systems and District Attorney Nancy O'Malley and Hayward Mayor Halliday! The entire project cost of $200,000 was covered with grants and donations! Thank you all for creating a wonderful new outdoor space for the children at the domestic violence shelter!
