The Johns Creek Recreation and Parks Advisory Committee (RPAC) currently has a board post available to fill the unexpired term of Post I.

Provide input on Bell Road at Cauley Creek Park entrance roundabout, trail project
This project proposes the addition of a roundabout on Bell Road at the entrance of the future Cauley Creek Park as well as the installation of a trail from the roundabout to Rogers Bridge Road. 

West Morton Road construction complete
Public Works marked the completion of the West Morton Road project last month.

Walk with a Doc June 8
Walk with a Doc, a health program that brings doctors and patients together, begins at 10 a.m. on Saturday, June 8 at Newtown Park, at the Veterans Memorial Walk.

July-August Clubhouse Fitness registration now open
The next Clubhouse Fitness sessions, beginning the week of July 8, offer Yoga, Zumba, and more for beginners to experts.

Free Outdoor Fitness continues in June
The Free Outdoor Fitness classes, held on select Sundays at Newtown Park, are a great way to stay healthy and have fun! Certified instructors teach these popular classes and all fitness levels are welcome to attend.

LEGO Summer Camp registration now available
Fire-up the architect or engineer inside your youngsters by giving them tens of thousands of LEGOs to play and build with during the five-day LEGO Camps! Dates for the camp sessions are: June 24-28 and July 15-19.

Save the date: Celebrate America at city's annual Independence Day event July 3
Join us for fireworks, live music, and more at the city's annual Independence Day event on Wednesday, July 3.

Outdoor Burn Ban in effect through Sept. 30
A state-mandated burn ban on all outdoor burning is in effect from May 1 through Sept. 30. The Georgia Environmental Protection Division imposes the ban to comply with Federal Clean Air Regulations.

New Johns Creek City Hall opens
Johns Creek City Hall has moved to its new, permanent Municipal Complex. The new Johns Creek City Hall is located at 11360 Lakefield Drive, Johns Creek, GA 30097. 

Pedestrian Crosswalk Safety
While the school year has ended and the weather continues to warm, please be mindful of an increase in pedestrians at crosswalks and sidewalks along our roads. Be sure to use caution, obey the law, and stop for pedestrians at crosswalks!
