Chamber Members Support Riverfront
Chamber members encourage council to move project forward.

This past Monday, the Eugene City Council held a final public hearing on the proposed EWEB Riverfront Redevelopment plan prior to an expected critical vote on July 9 th . Eugene Chamber President and CEO, Brittany Quick-Warner, Director of Business Advocacy, Tiffany Edwards, and our newest member of the Local Government Affairs Council, Tom Stewart, were among those who provided testimony to Council.

They were joined by over two dozen young professionals, community leaders, and chamber members, who packed Harris Hall to show strong support of the project by highlighting it's transformative impact to our community. The Chamber and other supporters encouraged the City Council to vote to support moving forward in a public-private partnership with Portland developer Williams/Dame & Associates to bring this long-awaited shared community vision to fruition.
