Cool Downtown Websites
Dear , I've spent most of my career helping families relocate to the area during a corporate move but the current baby boom migration to Greenville from around the country is keeping me very busy. I had clients in this month from Florida, New Jersey, and North Carolina relocating voluntarily because of the quality of life. I always enjoy sharing what makes it so great to live here and at the center of it all is the people! Thanks be to God! (Please keep it that way)

If you're thinking about selling and moving up or right sizing, call me to learn more about The Buyer's Broker comprehensive approach to buying and selling. I hope you enjoy this month's newsletter and I hope you will forward it to your friends, family, and colleagues who may be thinking about buying or selling a home. All my best, Keith (864-420-0262)
The trend continues as the number of transactions was up 12.5 % year over year for the month of April (1398) and 10.2 % year to date (5446). The numbers nationally are down 1% for the year because of the inventory shortage but we are bucking the trend. I expect the trend to continue and if you are on the sidelines you should be in the game because it's only going to get more expensive over time. If you are thinking about buying your retirement home, sooner rather than later is the smart play. Call me if you would like to discuss it in more detail. I can help you with both transactions!

We at The Buyer's Broker believe the more you know, the more you will want The Buyer's Broker of Greenville to represent you in your next real estate transaction.
Mortgage rates inched back over the past week and have now declined in three of the past four weeks. After a sharp run-up in the early part of 2018, mortgage rates have stabilized over the last three months, with only a modest uptick since March. Persistently low inventory has held back sales nationally but not locally as we continue to set records every month this year.

It's hard to keep up with all the happenings in downtown Greenville but we learned in May that the new 60-acre, $40 million Westside park will be named Unity Park. In addition to the name, the City has released the latest design renderings that showcase some of the park's key features, including a signature 120-foot observation tower, a gathering hall that can host outdoor concerts, a pedestrian bridge, and playgrounds as well as boardwalks and an outdoor learning area.
Searching for homes online can be frustrating and time consuming. You can learn more about the Upstate real estate market in a phone conversation with me than you can learn surfing the internet for days, weeks, and months. If you would like to know exactly what the local market has to offer and the who, what, where, when, and why about purchasing a home in Greenville, call me today!
