Zoom Chat for Parents & Family Resources
Hello to my Fairview Strong Families!

While we all work our way through this new normal, PARENTS have been on my mind!

Here are two new articles that might be of immediate support for you.

Another tool we are setting up is a Zoom meeting for parents to talk to other parents! It will be a great time to share your ideas of what is working and what is not working at home.    Did you set up a family schedule? Is your child doing their school work or playing around too much? Is your child staying up too late at night then sleeping in too much?  Sometimes it is just nice to talk with someone that is in the same boat!

We have arranged the meetings by age groups so similar parents can share experiences. If this particular time does not work for you, don't worry -- we will be scheduling more in the future.

Scholarships for Seniors
The FHS Scholarship page has been updated. Please check it out.  There are new ways to send in scholarships and many of the deadlines have been extended. Don't miss out on these opportunities!

While the senior scholars reception has been cancelled, we will still be honoring scholarship recipients in a memorable way.
8th Grade Dance
ATTENTION 8TH GRADE STUDENTS AND PARENTS
Regretfully due to the COVID-19 Pandemic we have had to cancel this year's 8th grade dance.  We know this will bring a sense of disappointment and we are disappointed too! We wish our 8th graders well and are excited to hear about their future high school adventures!

Ian's constant determination in Senior English to make progress has not gone unnoticed. While working from home,  Ian has continued to balance both his FHS and Polaris courses, often reaching out to his teacher and asking to take assessments and for assistance on assignments. His manners and demeanor are very much appreciated. Keep up the good work Ian!
