Walter Management Holding Company LLC; and/or
Walter Reverse Acquisition LLC
First Mortgage Company, LLC
American Southwest Mortgage Corp
American Southwest Mortgage Funding Corp.
Please contact Underwriting if any of these parties is a party to a proposed transaction (lender, buyer, or seller.) Please note that while you would typically see these entities listed as a lender, you also may see them listed a seller, if the entity holds title to the subject property as REO.
