School's out for the summer, but students are still hungry, and the
School District's School Food Service Department is offering free meals for all children in Palm Beach County.
Schools will be serving free, nutritionally-balanced breakfasts and lunches to children through the age of 18 at school locations across the county.
Plus, in order to keep bellies full and learning continuing through the summer, several Palm Beach County Library locations will be serving free lunches and snacks daily as well.

Research has shown that summer learning helps students succeed academically. By continuing to read, learn and have experiences outside of the classroom, such as visiting science centers, museums and exploring the outdoors, students will reduce summer learning loss and be better prepared when they return to school in the fall.
