Enhanced Member Enrollment Process
We are pleased to announce revisions to our enrollment process through our website and dedicated Enrollment Team , which will assist you with new employee enrollments. These changes will streamline procedures and provide an enhanced support experience. Please continue to contact our Account Managers with questions regarding your health insurance policy.
 
If you are currently using our online services for member enrollments, please continue to do so. Otherwise, you may submit Enrollment Applications, supporting documentation, and/or inquiries to enroll@hmaa.com or via our website at hmaa.com/enroll . 
  • If you email us, please send securely as we are not responsible for the security or confidentiality of communications you send by email.
  • If submitting via our website, you will be required to enter an authorization code which is your health plan administrator’s name per our records. You will receive an email confirmation within a few minutes. Enrollees should not submit applications to HMAA directly unless authorized to do so by their plan administrator.

HMAA Presents Keiki in the Kitchen Family Sunday, Oct 27 
HMAA is thrilled to present Keiki in the Kitchen , part of The Hawaii Food & Wine Festival, on Sunday, October 27 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm at Victoria Ward Park! Admission is free!

At the event, we invite keiki to enjoy Treat Street - safe trick-or-treating for ages 10 and under! Participation is free; online pre-registration is required. 
Don’t miss this exciting day packed with food, fitness, and fun for all ages!
Free Flu Vaccinations
Is your company prepared for this year’s flu season? From September through February, HMAA provides members with free vaccines from a variety of partnered pharmacies through our Flu Prevention Program. Employers may also host a worksite vaccination clinic by contacting FluPrevention@hmaa.com . 

Certain restrictions apply, and a minimum participant count is required to host a clinic at no cost.  
Member Plus Discount Program
