You will enjoy superb nutrition with fresh organic juices, smoothies & raw soups. Raw & living food prep demos in each class.

Education will focus on "Life Balance", helping you better many facets of your life.

Optional cleanse programs are available, including: Heavy metals, parasite & yeast/fungal

Included in $290 Class Fee:

            1.   5 classes (Fri-Tues)

            2.  16 oz. Organic Veggie Juice x 5

            3.   2 oz. Fresh Wheatgrass shot x 5

            4.  16 oz. of Green Smoothie x 5

            5.  16 oz.  Raw Soup x 5

            6.   In class food samples, plus herbal teas, essential oils

Student will create at home (recipes, food demos given in class)

            a.  1 Living Foods Meal per day

            b.  Healthy Snacks

            c.  2 to 3 quarts of fresh water (herbal teas count)

Class Schedule:

            Friday August 10:               5:30-7:00 pm

            Sat & Sun Aug 11 & 12:     1:00-3:00 pm

            Mon & Tues Aug 13-14:      5:30-7:00 pm

Preparation:  Eat healthy, drink lots of water, increase fiber in your diet.  Wean off of sugar, caffeine, alcohol and meat.  Use digestive enzymes (particularly with cooked food).  Take 1 probiotic before bedtime.
