ecent participants said:
Excellent! The training was informative, engaging and interesting. Sometimes I feel powerless to help others find peace, to be kind, but all these tools in guiding others in this process do help and contribute to eliminating human social and emotional pain.
I feel like a changed person. Being overwhelmed in my new position at school I was not looking forward to another PD [Professional Development]. But I was totally fascinated by the presentation and extremely happy I attended - extremely touching and insightful!

CfC Project Update
|
As part of the Child Safety Program Evaluation, our research team has been administering pre-test surveys to students in grades Pre-K-4, in
the Greece School District, to assess student knowledge of skills that could prevent abuse and their ability to recognize, respond and report abuse.
Currently, schools in the intervention group have begun implementing the Second Step Child Protection Unit curriculum and
our research assistants will be conducting fidelity observations of the lessons over the next six weeks.
