Parent Engagement in Region 20
P-20 NEWSLETTER
Dear Parents and Families,

If you have a student getting ready to enroll in college for the first time, be sure to sign up for a family orientation session offered by their college campus. Your support is important as they transition to college.

Summer is a great time to encourage younger children to catch up on reading or try a new skill during a summer camp activity. Read more about area opportunities in this issue.

Have a great summer.

Summer Means Preparing to Send Students Off to College

Family Orientation is a separate experience designed specifically for family members of incoming UTSA students. Parents, family members, and guests are encouraged to attend Family Orientation to gain more information on how to support their student. The program gives family members an introduction to UTSA by focusing on academic success, student life, and Roadrunner spirit and traditions.
