Easter Egg Hunt

Our Annual Easter Egg Hunt was a HUGE success!  Thank you to everyone that came out to participate in the hunt.  A big shout out to everyone that volunteered to stuff eggs.  You did an amazing job and with your help we were able to stuff over 1000 eggs!!  We couldn't do this without you.

Thank you to the volunteers that showed up early to hide the eggs and help with the clean up.  A special thank you to D'Ana Pedigo, Kim Overholt, Edi & Greg Otts, and Christi Davidson for their hard work to make this event a big success.  Thank you to the Easter Bunny for stopping by to take pictures with the kiddos and help find eggs (and thank you to the Easter Bunny's chauffeur, Cindy Davis).  We look forward to seeing all of you next year!

Pool Area Closed

The pool area is closed while the new umbrella is being assembled and installed.  We hope to have the pool open next week.  The umbrella is almost completed.

Thank you for your patience.

STOP! It's the Law

Please observe the Stop Signs in Seis Lagos.  It's the Law.

We've had several calls regarding homeowners and guests running the neighborhood stops signs.  The most common concern is the stop sign at Riva Ridge and Carriage Trail.
Future Seis Lagos Events
  • Special Needs Group Gathering
  • Neighborhood Game night for adults and older teens
  • 4th of July Community Celebration will be held on Wednesday, July 4, 2018.  Plans are being made.  Details coming soon.
  • Any ideas for future events are Welcome!
If you would like to coordinate one of these events, please contact Christi Davidson in the HOA office at 972-442-3000, to set up a date to reserve the Clubhouse or Cabana at no charge.

Without volunteers, these events will not be possible.  Please consider volunteering.  It's a great way to meet new neighbors.
Please Clean Up After Your Pet

Please be a responsible pet owner and clean up after your pet, including in the common areas and around the lakes.

Thank you.

We are currently interviewing and hiring Summer Lifeguards for the Seis Lagos pools.  Lifeguards will start Memorial Day weekend and go through Labor Day weekend.

Lifeguards must be Lifeguard Certified and completed the American Red Cross Lifeguard Training.  The certification must include First Aid, CPR, and AED training. Shifts are a minimum of 4 hrs from 10:00 AM-10:00 PM.  Pools are open seven days a week.

If interested, please call Christi Davidson in the HOA office at 972-442-3000.
Lifeguards do not need to live in Seis Lagos.
Late Fee Increased to $25.00

Beginning in March, the late fee has increased to $25.00 to better cover the cost of collection.  In addition to the late fee charge, interest on the unpaid monthly installment or installments of the lot owner's annual installment shall be assessed and accrue as provided by the Covenants of Seis Lagos, Article V, Section 1 until paid by the lot owner.  This Resolution was approved by unanimous vote of the Board of Directors in attendance at the HOA meeting on February 12, 2018.

Reminder:  Assessments/Dues are due by the 1st of every month.  If your check is received after the 10th, a late charge will be applied to your account (with the exception if the 10th falls on a weekend). Dues are $120.00 per month.  You can pay dues annually, quarterly, or monthly.

Please write your lot and block on all checks.
** Please write checks in blue or black ink.  Colored ink will not scan.

Online payment is also available.  Please go to our website for more details.  There is a small convenience fee for paying online.
