Personal Safety and Self-Defense

Realize the confidence to take a stand to defend yourself by experiencing and practicing simple self-defense moves and strategies, to discover how to keep yourself safe.

Co-taught with Cindy Coughenour

Classes are $35 each and include a workbook, badge and shop local goodie bag.

Doors open 15 minutes before class begins.

Tickets are nonrefundable; however they are transferable to someone else if you can't make it to class.
