A lot of times when we speak, 

if we come from our heart, the things that come out of our mouth are connected to a kind and loving place. Even if we are not around people when we say things, putting that energy out still has an effect, and even if we don't say anything out loud, our thoughts do communicate. You don't need a microphone for people to hear your thoughts. They can feel the energy of your thoughts whether it is something pleasant or unpleasant.

We've all heard the saying, "Fake it till you make it." One way to "make it" is to practice smiling from the inside out. When we are connected to that inner voice that we all have, and, if the inner voice is connected to love and joy, there is no way we can get anything but that positive, wonderful, loving smile. Yes, it will make other people feel good, but the person who benefits the most is you. When we smile on the inside, everything works out, things fall into place, and life is sweet. And it all starts with making a decision to be appreciative of just about everything.

The holidays are coming and we are all excited. The opportunities for appreciation are so massive at this time of year. I want to say thank you to all of you for being in my life and wish you the happiest of holidays and the most prosperous New Year. I appreciate each and every one of you. My heart is full.
