New patrons can officially register for an e-membership on our website and immediately use any of our online resources, including e-books, e-audiobooks, and databases, without coming into the Library!  An e-membership may be upgraded to a standard membership in person at any Newport News Public Library branch.

On Thursday, April 26, we hosted our annual volunteer reception as a way to say thanks for our volunteers' hard work in our libraries and in our community.
