Meet Our New Leadership
Lauren Cook
Vice President

Lauren Cook has accepted the position of Vice President. Congratulations , Lauren!

"This company is, in both the literal and figurative sense, my family - I grew up here. I am most excited about rebuilding the culture, streamlining processes for maximum efficiency and ultimately promoting growth without sacrificing our reputation for innovative products and superior customer service."

During her time with Proportion-Air, Lauren spearheaded the development of the market-driven approach that the company has been moving to. The goals then were to become more aware of target markets and determine our best use of assets in new product engineering and marketing. The results added value to our distribution channel - we learned which applications we excelled at and developed more tools to effectively reach end users.

An alumna of West Texas A&M (go Buffs!), she loves traveling, hiking, spending time with family, photography and attending horse shows in her free time.
Steve Reed  | Director of Operations

Steve has joined our team as Director of Operations. He oversees the machine shop, production and circuit board areas. He will also assist Proportion-Air President Dan Cook and Vice President Lauren Cook in any manner he can.

Kevin Baldwin  | Director of Engineering

Kevin has been promoted to the Director of Engineering. He has spent nearly 13 years with the Proportion-Air family, seven on the engineering team. He was most recently production manager for our Burling Valve brand.
