PREPA Long Beach is hosting a free, family-friendly movie event for the community in preparation for Long Beach Pride for the 3rd year in a row! Visit the Facebook page to RSVP!

This year's film is Love, Simon, a story about 17-year-old Simon Spier. He hasn't told his family or friends that he's gay, and he doesn't know the identity of the anonymous classmate that he's fallen for online. Resolving both issues proves hilarious, terrifying and life-changing.
Join the Center and Temple Israel for a screening of "Who's Gonna Love Me Now?" followed by a meaningful conversation with the folks from The LGBTQ Center of Long Beach. Everyone Welcome! No Cost to Attend.

The film tells the true story of Saar, an HIV positive gay man living in London, where he found refuge from the religious kibbutz where he grew up in Israel. Saar and the rest of the London Gay Men's Chorus provide a glorious soundtrack for this documentary about the power of forgiveness and the power that home has, no matter how far we go.
