Take advantage of Strategic Planning resources from the League

Don’t let your board fall behind when it comes to planning for the future of your credit union. The League’s consulting staff is a great resource for you. We can develop a planning session to encourage participation by all attendees that accomplishes whatever objectives you set. Our consultants can lead your group during the session and if you like, they will report back to management to finalize specific plans and action items. Our most popular strategic planning program includes a booklet for each participant that contains statistics and other information specific to your credit union along with national statistics and trends. To find out more, or to schedule a session, email joeg@icul.org or call (800) 285-5300, ext. 5313.
