July Canada Day Recipe!
Banana Apple Walnut Salad
-2 cups chopped Kale
-2 sliced bananas
-2 1/2 cups sliced apples
-3/4 cup walnut pieces
-1/3 cup plain(or vanilla) yogurt
-2 tbsp. mayonnaise
-1 tbsp. honey
-2 tsp. smoked paprika
Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, honey and paprika until smooth.
In a bowl, mix together kale, bananas, apples and walnuts
Toss salad with dressing. Salt/Pepper to taste. Enjoy this healthy & delish salad!
